Indrani is a certified POSH trainer with in-depth knowledge and understanding of the implementation and compliance of POSH law and its guidelines in organisations.

Indrani handles Learning Delivery and Human Resources at Ripples Learning.

Her core competencies lie in policy-making, implementation of HRIS, talent acquisition, performance management system, HR compliances and labour laws.

She continues to be a part of many HR consultancy projects and helps organisations establish and improve their HR systems and processes. Indrani is also actively involved in the training delivery of the various levels of HR Certification courses. She has delivered training modules for participants from Capgemini, Wipro, State Street Corp, and CISCO to name a few.

She has experience in coaching senior professionals from organisations like ElasticRun and Comviva on techniques of behavioural event interview.
