Abhishek is a facilitator and executive coach who is passionate about organizational and personal effectiveness. Abhishek has imparted learning to more than 12,000 individuals in the past 8 years with more than 4000 platform hours. He is also a certified practitioner of the Silva Mind Control Methods. He has undergone Project Management Training by PMI. Besides this, he has considerable experience in unstructured T-Group sensitivity training workshops and jungle survival training.

She has gained Experience in facilitation, having delivered training to young executives, college students, and senior executives.

Celeste Dean is a certified instructional designer from Symbiosis, Pune. She has 18+ years of experience in development and management of both traditional and digital learning across 9 industry niches ranging from academic to advanced tech industries.

Mrs. Dean is also a Kirkpatrick Bronze level certified professional with hands-on experience in successfully developing and evaluating several learning projects for Level 4 results. She has also authored and designed tools for developing over 50 e-learning courses.

She has previously worked with premiere organisations like Emirates, Baxter India, ADP, GE Capital etc and trained employees from number of Fortune 500 companies reputed organisations

Celeste has spent over 18 years in development and management of traditional and digital learning solutions across 9 industries ranging from academic institutions, traditional production methods to advanced technology environments. She currently lives in the UAE and works with clients in the UK, UAE and India on various learning and development projects.

Celeste is Kirkpatrick Bronze Level certified professional and has developed and evaluated various learning projects for Level 4 results successfully. She successfully developed, implemented, and evaluated an organization wide project on developing workplace coaches at various international locations of Emirates Airlines. With her exceptional project management and L&D skills she was able to oversee, coordinate, and influence stakeholders to implement this project successfully over a period of 2 years.
