HR Analytics Exam is made up of 30 multiple-choice questions to be answered in 60 minutes through proctorad online exam or at a Pearson Vue center. Certification process also include a 30 minutes face to face video evalution call.

After attending the session there will be a certification exam. Only when the participants get through that exam scoring 60% will they be certified.
